CAFETERIA DESIGN USING STONE

The course is focused on understanding different materials and applications of the materials in actual design practices. The project involves the architectural form development and structural design of the cafeteria using stone as a material. The site is located at FD courtyard, CEPT University, Ahmedabad. The structure has to be designed considering the governing load and material properties. The geometry of the structure should be designed in such a way that it blends with the existing site condition and fulfills the function, for which it is designed.
