Design of an Exhibition Space using Brick Masonry

During this Studio, Students developed a solid understanding of different Structural Forms such as Truss, Arch, Cable Stayed Structures and Frames. The curriculum encouraged students to Understand and Analyze these forms with help of Challenging Exercises, Tutorials and Site Visits. Along with Study of various Material and its Properties for Efficient and Economical Design of Structural Forms with help of Interactive Laboratory Sessions. Studio Project covers Analysis & Design of an Exhibition Space using Brick Masonry. During this project, Forces such as hoop and meridional forces and concepts of Direct and Bending stresses has been implemented.
