The project focuses on integrating landscape urbanism into a masterplan as a progressive approach to urban design that emphasizes the vital role of the natural environment, landscape, and ecology in shaping the form and function of urban areas. This approach goes beyond traditional urban planning by considering the landscape as an active and interconnected element in the design of cities and regions. The project’s fundamental concerns include the building of liveable neighbourhoods, imageability of a location, as well as land economics and development methods in Nandoli, Ahmedabad.
