The master plan is developed on a greenfield location in Telav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat and by creating a residential township around the site characters, lakes and canals. Further through gradation in the development, the storm water is diverted into the low lying areas, forming holding ponds and connecting the water bodies together with their innate stream. In summers these can still remain as green-ways and continue to be the main features. Thus in accordance with the water bodies the master plan is divided into four communities: Zone A- Promenade community, Zone B - Stream community, Zone C- Canal community and Zone D - Pond community.
