GIFT CITY EXPANSION - TP Scheme

This report includes the study based on Urban Expansion and Regeneration Planning, various case studies and detailed study on Gift City expansion TP scheme proposal. This area was developed with a masterplan approach with a global FSI on land acquired by GIFTCL. Gift city's area has been enlarged by 9.3 sq.km due to increased residential demand. The extension region with multiple land ownership, on the other hand, cannot be developed in the same way. As a result, it is being developed utilizing Town Planning Schemes. The objective is to build a model to create a more liveable neighbourhood through the TPS, taking into account the overall development of the region and devising an equitable method of land appropriation to pool the sectoral level greens.
