Urban Expansion of a Fintech node; TP Scheme, GIFT City

The report is a compilation of Study, Analysis and Proposal of a TP scheme at GIFT CITY, Gandhinagar. The studio was designed with exercises that included understanding the different models for Urban Expansion and Regeneration through national and international cases, analyzing the site and context on a macro as well as micro level through existing situation analysis, preparation of masterplan in terms of road network, zoning and DCRs for the study area, feasibility study and reconstitution of land.
