The studio brief centers on designing expansive greenfield developments under the Integrated Township Policy. Township master-plans are crucial as it helps private developers to build townships through organized sustainable urban development, guiding layout, infrastructure, and amenities. With the proposal of DFC Corridor, DMIC and Logistic zone, there will be a surge in demand for accommodations and small and medium-sized enterprise spaces around the village of Godhavi. Focused on affordability, a residential township emerges as the primary solution. The vision is to establish a Co-living, Co-working community that Co-thrives with the site's natural features, ensuring mutual growth and sustainability.
