Zonal Development Plan | RRTS, Ghaziabad

As a part of the Urban Expansion and Regeneration Planning Studio we were required to prepare a Local Area plan for the given Sites. For the same we took reference from national and international case studies, followed by studying the existing situation of the site. Statutory and non-statutory documents and reports were referred before starting the Proposal. The studio was divided into various iterations stage wise. Starting with the SIO, potentiality and suitability, leading to the zoning and road network. Further detailing it further with sectoral interventions, changes in the DCR, special projects, costing, funding and phasing. Various stakeholders were consulted throughout the process along with expert comments from faculties and professors. Incorporating the same, the final zonal plan was prepared along with other additional details.
