NCRPB included the eight RRTS Corridors in the Integrated Transport Plan for NCR 2032 with special emphasis on Regional Rapid Transit System  connecting regional centers. Duhai and Guldhar lie along the priority section of RRTS Corridor, the area has witnessed development in recent years and the city is expected to grow in similar direction. The development of area along the stations is developed based on UP-TOD Policy. Zonal Development Plan based on Land reconstitution model is the approach to redevelop the area potentially as per the TOD Principles.
