Isanpur is a developed yet developing precinct in which most of what we can see is residential. It gained importance when the GIDC act came into action and how the AMC boundary initiative helped Isanpur develop. The majority of migrations were their perfect spot for employment and the rest can be mainly considered the owners working near the Industrial and Corporate hubs. Several projects are also being initiated in Isanpur with luxury apartments as the daily to and fro is increasing near the precinct due to the street network.
