The studio concentrates on crafting expansive greenfield developments adjacent to GIFT City (Shahpur) to accommodate the expanding needs of swiftly growing urban centers. It employs two primary development frameworks - Integrated Township Policy (developer-driven) and Town Planning Schemes (government-driven)to shape street networks, public spaces, and infrastructure, defining the urban landscape. Prioritizing livability, the studio devises urban design master plans exploring futuristic living concepts, emphasizing the enhancement of urban character through thoughtful public space design. The design process integrates case studies, three-dimensional plans, street and block strategies, public amenities, transportation integration, and phased implementation plans. The studio’s outcome showcases compelling representation graphics and persuasive communication strategies to convey the design projects effectively.
