The studio started with delayering and understanding the process of LAP by doing a case study. Also, there was introduction to various topics like land pooling schemes, land acquisition, town planning schemes, land reconstitution and compensation. The project was divided into three iterations beginning with the Existing situation analysis, concept, zoning, and the creation of a final LAP including zoning, road network, infrastructure, special proposals, costs, phasing and revenue. Also, a market and development feasibility.
