This portfolio talks about the part of Bag-e-Firdosh & part of Bhaipura ward of south-east part of Ahmedabad. During 1980’s this area is influenced by industries. But after the expansion of AMC boundary, area started developing. After 2010, precinct is converted to residential area. Portfolio talks about the FSI of precinct and give overview on property price of overall Ahmedabad. Further it shows the management of solid waste. At last it lighten the housing, income and transportation part of the precinct.
