Simplifying NAINA via a Micro-Planning Approach

Constraints build better cities, only because the city becomes more resilient and problem-ready for the future and therefore the development is more organized and carefully formulated. Such a case is the Navi Mumbai Airport Influenced Notified Area (NAINA) situated in the Navi Mumbai area, where we dealt with almost half of non-developable land, filled with various constraints. With great constraints, also comes greater involvement of authorities. There was an attempt to simplify this with the help of Town Planning Scheme proposals.
