Ahmedabad's development is around the Sabarmati Riverfront which allows the development of Paldi in a way that has improved it in terms of property cost, quality of life and tourism. The positioning of the precinct has a great impact on its growth as its central positioning has connected it to various parts of the city through major roads and transport network. This allows the precinct to grow and create jobs and opportunities for the people.
