The city center, Navrangpura, is renowned as a commercial hub. It lies on the western banks of Sabarmati forming a part of the CBD. It is said to be a dynamic city center due to various transformation phases it has undergone in the past years. The area is set to see huge transformation in the upcoming future due to increase in FSI and development along the Sabarmati Riverfront. While it is still in the transition phase of development, it offers itself as a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood in the city’s center.
